You just have to wait about 24 hours before you add your eggs to a hatchery, after that you can forget about them until they grow up (I use allure of neglected dragons) i usually wait until they have only 4 days and add them to all the hatcherys!!!

After a day I put them in two or three more hatcheries, incubate them (if possible) and if they don't get views fast enough I go up to five or six a day or so later.

I do it when my eggs are close to hatching and I'm impatient, but I would strongly.
